Make your reserve a desire to go senior if you have not already.
Take care of the First Officers as well as the Captains who work less.
My recent jumpseat experience - 1. Why do you force pilots to remain on the aircraft with the pax? 2. What is the deal with pulling and putting in gear pins? 3. Why don't you have more control over bidding for training periods?

Not sure if the last 3 are real contract items or not but, I listened to the very nice crew who gave me a lift.
