What????? hahahahahah What higher qualifications are you talking about?? ATP?? Both must have. College Degree??? Both probably have. There's nothing different from a Regional and a mainline pilot's qualification. If you hold a ATP you are qualified to fly ANY aircraft for a 121 carrier and that along with a 1st class medical is ALL you need.
