I sound like a broken record, but again, 75% deadhead pay is industry lagging and should not have been agreed to in the TA. The company agreed to worthless rigs knowing full well they would never pay them. On the contrary, the outstation basing model dictates the need to deadhead crews in and out of the hubs. You are losing tons of money by agreeing to this. If you are on the plane, get paid 100%.
