Well, the 36-hour layovers won't come after exceeding 8-in-24, they come to prevent them for the night sequences. For the Day sequences, we'll exceed and then rest a while.
We repeated the Supplemental Rules in our CBA for a reason, so that if they ever changed, we'd still have the protections. Now we give them away.
