How many times do you find yourself driving to Knoxville in a typical month? I would say the average is 5 times a month, some months only 4 if the blend works in my favor. I live 25 minutes east of Nashville, so I never hit traffic, regardless of what time I leave. And with TYS being so far south of Knoxville, I never hit traffic there either, even at rush hour.
I also did the travel budget and I end up spending about $140 a month on gas, which is less that I would have to pay in hotels I would have to get when I have early shows or can't make flights.
As far as wear on the car, yeah, oil changes happen quicker. I have been in the market for new car for quite some time so I am happy with all the wear I am putting on this one. Makes my new car a little closer.
