EVERY pilot at Atlas is a PAX pilot. If you are very senior, you could bid a base where there is no PAX flying, and if your schedule changes to make you fly PAX, you can scream at scheduling and probably avoid it. If you are junior, you will fly PAX. About half my current pattern was pax (Hajj pilgrims).

IAH is almost all PAX flying.

My worst legs/trips have been cargo legs, due to a variety of problems.

However, unless you are at IAH and doing the 8 working days to get 90+ hour deal, you will be flying a lot less PAX than at the Legacy carriers.

For the right person, I think Atlas is a really good place to work.
