Two aircraft. 4 or 5 full time pilots, IIRC. About 250-300 hrs per airframe a year I think. Mostly short hops in-state flying (they go to IAD and RIC a lot). Average length is about 35-50 min flying time. They carry donors, coaches, admin/staff, and recruits, as well as some other affiliated folks.

Pay is salaried. Pay band for the position is roughly from 40K-80K depending on experience. 60K is upper middle class living for SW VA. (Median income is about $22K).

Aircraft tail numbers are 10VT, and 180FW. Take a look at flightaware.com and you'll get a good idea of the flying.

Don't know about schedule. Do know that they have received a BOATLOAD of applications for this position.
