SLC without a question. Mainly because you can easily get into downtown SLC to a nice grocery store (Harmon's), Starbucks etc., within 15 minutes on the light rail.
I did sims in ATL. The Drury hotel isn't called the Dreary for no reason. Think brick walls with very slim windows, very little natural light, and much, much smaller rooms than the Candlewood. There are precisely zero grocery stores within walking distance, and getting into downtown ATL on the Metro takes at least an hour, since you have to shuttle to the airport and then jump on a train. Also, the neighborhood around the ATL hotel is super-sketchy (and I live in Oakland CA, so that's saying something.)
Haven't been to CVG so can't comment. But if I was in your shoes I wouldn't think twice about bidding for SLC.
