I have specific questions about the PIE base.

1) When was the most junior CA hired?

2) Can I expect to be awarded the base out of training?

3) Is there any amount of attrition at the base?

4) Are you seeing expansion at the base?

The main reason I ask is to see if the junior nature of the base was due to the initial opening of the base. I suspect that I missed the boat so to speak and the base is becoming more senior because it has been established for a few years now.
