I have specific questions about the PIE base.
1) When was the most junior CA hired?
2) Can I expect to be awarded the base out of training?
3) Is there any amount of attrition at the base?
4) Are you seeing expansion at the base?
The main reason I ask is to see if the junior nature of the base was due to the initial opening of the base. I suspect that I missed the boat so to speak and the base is becoming more senior because it has been established for a few years now.

Most junior CA was a 11/2012 hire on the Airbus and 12/2013 for the 80.
Yes, it is possible to get it out of training. Seems to go senior on the bus but not so senior on the 80.
As the other bases expand (CVG/PIT) people leave for those so there is some movement.
According to a management source PIE is expected to see large growth in the near future.
