I know some people carry their own pillow covers when they stay in hotels, because they are allergic to dust mites. We have a tendency to just suffer through things, but it really is worth attempting to track it down and try different things, in the off chance that you might find something that helps you.
I have allergies also. Unfortunately all the stuff that works really well is not allowed according to the FAA 😡

The biggest drawback to most medications according to the FAA is that they might cause drowsiness, well flying all night causes that too but they don't ban that! 😁
