I'm looking at applying to different regionals. I live 2 drive from LAS. Near SGU Actually. So one criteria in choosing a regional is finding something with a base near to me.

I've heard there is no movement in SLC, is this true? Is it possible for a new hire with SKW to get SLC? What about nearby bases such as DEN?

If anyone has any info on how long it will take a new hire to reach some of the western bases that would be appreciated.

Also, how realistic is it to commute out of a small town such as SGU where there are only a few flights per day?
