so are they out of KROA?
The operation is based out of Blacksburg (KBCB), about 30 miles SW of the Roanoke Airport. They have a hangar on the airport (which is owned/operated as a public use airport by Tech).

As for the local applicants, there aren't that many CE500 operators around here (two on the ROA airport, including my operation), and a handful over in Lynchburg, VA (LYH) to the east.

However I know several applicants within the state that have applied or intended to do so (airline background). If it's anything like when my company posted a position, they are probably sorting through a good number of resumes. After four days of accepting applications, my company had over 1200 resumes from every state in the nation and several overseas countries. All for a CE560 pilot position.
