Rumors are saying pay raise around $10k more across the board with a retention such as more than the current 3% raise per year. So yes SIC's would be closer to $45k, and all captain pays bumps.. The type rating they are now allowing SIC's to obtain are the full PIC type in the cheaper of the two aircraft to be trained on. Current schedule is 12-3 for SIC's. Captains are at 12-3 for the first 18 months then a 10-5 after that. Supposedly that is being addressed as well. Nothing official yet
