I'm just under 40% in MSP with 16 days off this month, though that may partially be due to the recent increase in pairing quality here.
I don't get PN/CN either. But I also don't get all the trips that I should be able to hold at my seniority. I spend way more time on my bid and tweeking everything than I should have to. I should be able to see how many hours are needed before I bid and bid on the trips I want to fill those hours. Instead I have to shoot for a moving target that I have no idea what it will be. This next bid, take a look at the trips that are removed due to line constraints and check out all the junior pilots getting the trips you wanted.

You may not have been here yet, but it used to be every month on the 24th 20:00 the SAPA forums would explode with people complaining about the SWOL server crashing as people tried to pickup, drop or improve their line. Now there is nothing. Is it because people can drop trips now? Nope, they just got tired of trying after 12-18 months of not being able to drop a single turn. Same with PBS. It's not because everyone is so happy with their awards. It's just that they have got sick and tired of trying to get it fixed and have just accepted that nothing will ever be done. It only takes one or two times of dealing with KH and MP to make you realize how f'ed up PBS and how little of a crap either one of them give about you getting the trips you should have been awarded. SAPA will continue to stifle the "troublemakers" with their moderated forum, but eventually the lack of working with our pilot group will come back to haunt management. But at least the pilot cost will be lower when we lose all those lifers.
