How do I know? Because it's far better utilization of a staff member if I can start them as early as possible on day one, and hold them as late as possible on their last day; then, give them one day off, and start early again. Great idea, and it will happen for Nov. and no.....I'm far....far....from management!

It's even more than better utilization. You will be on RSV for 5 days at a time before a day off. The RSV times are usually 0400-1600 and 1000-2200. Part 117 doesn't allow for 5 starts in a row before 0600 so you get 2x0400 and 3x1000. Always start with a 0400 RSV and end with a 1000.
