It has always been the CP's responsibiity to crack down on sick leave abusers. The abuser would be getting himself fired.

A lawyer who aids a client in committing perjury runs the risk of being disbarred or even worse. The Rep is there to protect the member, but if he knew the member was lying about the use of sick leave he is under no obligation to aid in the fraud.
