If he or she thinks I am a sick leave abuser or believes I am not entitled to full rights regarding the PWA then they are unable to preform the duty of union representative. Anything less than the attitude and demeanor of a defense is unacceptable.


Of course he is your advocate when it comes to the PWA. And we are not talking about opinions. If you abuse sick leave and he KNOWS it, you are outside the protections afforded by the PWA and he is under no obligation to defend your abuse.
