You are declaring you won't accept such a contract, that is does not satisfy your needs or wishes..............then you go off to another company and accept possibly an even WORSE contract there? That makes no sense. Either you will work for certain terms, or you won't.
Maybe you're assuming what my needs and wishes are. I need more money and a 25-60% increase in pay meets that need. I wish for better experience as a Captain and the ability to log TPIC and that program meets that wish.
I can't think of another industry that such a significant increase in pay would be looked at by anyone as a bad thing. It's a good thing when people leave. It's telling management 'hey if you don't give us a better TA we're not going to be able to recruit people. We NEED more money and opportunity'. From a negotiations standpoint I think it's a good thing.
