We've had clients with similar backgrounds to Atlas operations, who were asked zero technical during the interview, and others who get a thorough tech. Whatever the case, I've had the chance to meet many of the Atlas recruiters and interview team members. They are without a doubt some of the friendliest people in the business and most of those that have upcoming interviews will have an enjoyable experience.

2000 jet PIC all part 121
No degree, no job fair
1 internal rec (who hasn't even done IOE yet) lol
Applied twice in 2015 got email for online test about a week after internal rec and 2nd application. Did test 4 days after scored mid 90s got phone interview 3 days later and invited down to Miami. Had to bypass last interview so looking forwArd to next one and will start ASAP if offered job!
