So how long do they give you to get spooled up on the systems of your specific plane. Word has it that you take a systems test on the 2nd day of your sim class/acft qual. Is a couple of days of studying enough?
Your guaranteed at least 7 days off after Indoc and it depends on how senior you are on your equipment in class as far as how much time you will have off beyond the guaranteed 7 days, for example- IF you have a class drop of 20 MD88, the most senior to bid MD88 will have a shorter break, and the most jr will have a much longer break after indoc. I was middle of the pack in my category and I had 3 weeks off. As far as the eSV, electronic system validation (system test), my experience, was we had two review days and day 3 was the test. Welcome aboard.
