I guess you guys that have been here for 6 months did not want to answer my direct question......
Anyway: There is nothing in the contract right now that prohibits the company from displacing a pilot AT ALL. If they want the could displace you right after the final award. This agreement puts a cap on it. It's not ideal but it's BETTER than what we have now.
I'll ask another question that you guys probably will not answer......if we vote no do you think the company will just say "well, guess we have to wait until 48 hours before now." You all know how that scenario will play out.
What exactly are you voting no for?
