Quite the opposite. I believe in solidarity, and that we all should work for the greater good, and placing ones own self after that. It just shocks me every time I come across union pilots that only look out for themselves. The "I got mine, do not ask me to help you" mentality that goes against the entire spirit of unity.
So, with your philosophy of looking out for all, shouldn't there just be one pay rate, no difference between airplanes nor seats nor longevity? All labor and effort to the betterment of the collective greater good?
