Agreed, it can be a tough one.
Along the lines of domestic when you're on your second early show following a circadian rhythm switch and get to the hotel around noon and want a nap. But it takes discipline to ONLY sleep a brief period of time because it'd be SO EASY to just keep sleeping. And screwing yourself in the process.......
