No, aero is at frontier. It was mentioned in another thread they have 900ish grievances and United has 9.

I have no factual numbers but I'd have to say that our (United) numbers are much higher, especially considering just the total pilots numbers comparison.

Aero I don't have the answer you are looking for but I can promise you it isn't a 100:1 ratio, especially given we have over 10x the number of pilots, and ones that have been through scab era, double furlough, bankruptcy, mergers etc. I know F9 has been through some stuff but it's not like you are leading the pack in past problems.
ALPA is a stronger union with more resources which enables them to handle grievances faster and with more pilots they can set past precedence easier with the company.
