Read about the circadian rhythm and sleep science in depth and you will conclude that waking up early vs. staying up all night are two entirely different scenarios, the latter being unhealthy and crossing out 100% of the deep sleep which cannot be replaced with naps later in the day like missed REM (late stage) sleep can.
What does the research say about "night owls"? For example, I perform far better going to bed at 4am, than waking up at 4am.
