Management AND ALPA agreed to the changes in C12 that effected the sick leave bank and how any balance of the bank would be handled going forward. The "mess" that needs cleaned up is a result of members committing fraud. This fraud has many costs to us all, only one of which is reduced profit sharing. You sir are either a management mole/wannabe or so deep in the Moaksters arse you can't see straight. Calling fellow pilots frauds is low, I hope you are never in a union position. I don't know or care what the "data" says I never saw it nor care to. We negotiated a contract in 2012 and it's our unions duty to support and defend it's member who work under it. Trying to solve managements problems while blaming un-named pilots is disgusting.
