Those happen, and are understandable in that they are beyond control of SKW although they could try to do RON crew swaps at those points.
Frustration is long hub sits, watching other folks come and go while you sit and appreciate.
I usually get about 1 a month out of 4 pairings so I don't think they happen as often as we think. How often do you hear about the good things at work? I'm sure the more junior you are the more they happen to end up on your schedule.
I can tell you that there is work being done on trying to get more efficient schedules from our mainline partners it's just not something that happens over night.
