I just reviewed all my Negotiating Committee and Chairman Update emails. It seems like as of the first week in August the company had not brought any money to the table. We were still waiting on Compensation, Retirement and Health Insurance to be negotiated. Then by the end of August we have a TA and the NC claims "this is all we can get, there is no money left on the table". That seems like an awfully short time period to have sucked every last penny out of the company's negotiations coffer!
