The DC-9 and F-28 did the flying that the E190 does today. Actually they did even shorter legs (PIT-ERI for example). My beef with the current E190 flying is lack of destinations. You go to the same select few places over and over.

I actually liked the commuter flying, I would bid the Group I A/C if we started taking over the 50-76 seat routes and going to some of the smaller airports and had it hubbed out of CLT. It was fun flying. I'd do that until I could hold a Group IV A/C.
