They run them in and out of BOS, LGA and DCA all day long. There's very little in the way of E190 maintenance in those cities. Sending it out of MIA wouldn't be a whole lot different. The last time I was in the Chief Pilot's office he said they were considering moving the 190's to DCA because we don't currently have enough flights from PHL to the shuttle system, creating a lot of DHs.
