My bet no. Here are some other questions I asked my LEC and will post answers when I get them.
Some Questions on STV:
Will we be paid like a regular DH when we are being positioned for our STV?
Will the travel days count as days off in our minimum days off per bid period?
Will conflicts with the preceding and following bid periods be treated as CIC or substitution?
Will I be guaranteed any days off before or after my STV?
How will vacation effect my STV?
Most of these question assume an involuntary 30 day (one bid period?) STV but are equally relevant to a voluntary 90 day STV.
