Ya Mr don't ask don't tell screwed up royally with that first letter. Aside from the pay rates Frontier and Spirit work rules and other sections in particular; union security/dues check off and the like, are light years ahead of of where Allegiant management want so desperately for us. A thin to no agreement that Allegiant management will throw in the garbage can at will.
Thanks Mav, I'll take the first statements in that letter to be our standard; Robust work rules and union security ala Frontier/Spirit. Pay to equate to our peers swa and the like.
