Anyway, I was wondering after reading this, does Allegiant management when interviewing look for pilots who want to stay there or simply build a little time and get out like at the regionals?
It sounds like they are priming pilots to expect to be the lowest of everything in each category?
Someone should show this to the board before MG gets his next raise. Methinks he is getting paid too much for running such a "little" carrier.
