It's all been posted already. Clif notes:
The worst reserve schedule is better than the best EAS schedule.
First year pay sucks at a regional (sic pay sucks at EAS), then it's pretty easy to make mid 40's and up from 2nd year on. (Unless you go to endeavor, then you're mid 40's year one, mid 60's year 2)
If your a 1500 hour guy, what do you need? Flight time. 400-500 hours at EAS vs 800-900 at an airline per year.

Again it just boils down to what you want to do but you have to look at it from two sides.
