Skywest made it very clear in the TA we voted down last year that they wanted scope relief to take our airplanes and pilots. Maybe that's kinda what they're doing.
You can find comparisons of contract language online. Suffice it to say, air Wisconsin, then LXJT have the best contracts, respectively.
By the way, there is no doubt that if pilots didn't make lateral moves to the TSA, PSA, Skywest, Mesa, and Endeavors, they wouldn't be able to staff those airlines and therefore force a shift in flying. But not everyone has the same ideals. It is what it is.
