Sorry, but at a regional airline and on reserve you will NOT be off 20 days a month.
If they are properly staffed (ha ha) and/or in a low block hour month you COULD be home 20 days. But NOT OFF.
Expect to be off the minimum number of days per the airline's contract.
You'll be on a phone leash, so it's not like JS'ing/traveling is even an option on a day you didn't get called.
Also, expect some of your months to only have 2 days off at a time, with a larger block somewhere in the month.
Finish a trip at 22:00-23:00, 2 days off, BACK on call at 3-4-5-6am doesn't leave much time for traveling.
