I know you guys can't make the decision for me, just looking for some advice.
If you're looking to bail with the current job, or type of job, bail as soon as you can.

Every day at the current job that you don't plan on doing long term, you're wasting your time. Every seniority number matters for upgrade, line, reserve, mood, satisfaction, etc. So if you don't want to do corporate or charter long term, bail.

Don't do the training event and see what you can get at SkyWest, or whichever regional suits your fancy.
