If I get hired how hard would it be to get a training class date in November?

Also, the reason I'm asking questions about the schedule is I'm trying to figure out if the regionals are even worth it since I have about 2200 hours. I lived in Las Vegas prior to Atlanta and knew pilots that did Grand Canyon tours (Maverick Aviation Group is one). I'm kind of wondering if I should just do that for a couple of years and build up my hours and try to get to the Majors...that being said I don't know if that is a feasible plan and I can only do it if I am early retired vs being separated.
A part 121 carrier would be better than canyon tours for movement to a major, although the canyon tours would be incredible flying.....for a month. It would not be unusual for you to spend 6months to 2 years here and move on to Delta/United/American. No harm, now foul here.
