FDX ALPA website
I was just reading on our FDX/ALPA website Articles Every Pilot Should Read For Negotiations and FedEx Pilot History. I would guess that some of our members need to re-read these items and put them into context with this LOA.
We all should know by now that the company will do whats best for them regarding $$ and how the CBA is interperated; as they should. We have the same duty to do likewise. If you think this LOA has any negative aspects that will affect you, you can probably count on it happening. I think the post concerning the supporting of our NC by voting no....overwhelmingly, and giving them leverage to renegotiate, is a good one. And if the company does not want to renegotiate, I believe we are better with the present CBA language. If they need to SIBA it, or whatever else, let them.
