They WANT 1000 pilots to keep the machine greased. We have 1300 pilots. We need 1500-1600 to staff 150 aircraft. We NEED 200-300 more to staff. Sure we'll need more to cover attrition but 700? If attrition is that high, it's because people are going somewhere else not because this place is such an amazing career maker.
Just like you were told on the other board, be part of a solution instead of complaining, complaining, complaining............
I think the company numbers are right.
Companies are run to make money. They don't spend money unless they have to. They will make changes when they have to. We are here for the company. The company is not here so you can fly an airplane.
