I'm curious if someone may be noticing that the longer the wait is to sign a contract, the higher the bar will be raised, resulting in increased overall costs in the medium/long term. I'd bet the union would have settled for B6/NK rates 18 months ago.
The great part is that all the carriers are raising the bar for us since they are all in negotiations and going to get bumps in most areas as well. The longer the company waits the less likely a TA will be approved unless it's pretty damn good.
