Its simple, with out new hires coming through the door RAH is done. This deal is Republics best chance at filling classes again. Whether it works or not is yet to be seen.
It's too late for that now, the time passed long ago. There are no good options for Republic and the pilots. Republic is going to be the first and certainly not the last. It sucks that you are living through it.
New hires don't matter, contract doesn't matter, bankruptcy doesn't matter.
