So if I were to get into an October training class, about when would I need to submit and application and interview.
My current timeline is to get back in the states in February from my deployment, knock out the ATP in Feb-March timeframe and then start sending out resumes. I will then find out if I am getting retained in the Air Force in June...so four months later "ideally" I'd be in a class with ExpressJet.
Also, random question...I live in Midtown across from the Marta station. Would I be able to ride that into work once I'm checked out with ExpressJet?
Yes you can ride Marta. I used to live by the Lindburgh Station. From the time the brake was set I would be walking into my apartment an hour later. I did that for just a little over 3 years. Only had to drive once and that was because my show was so early. The last train leaves the airport at 1am I think...I missed that one time but I knew I wasn't going to make it so one of the FAs on the trip dropped me off.
4 months is more than enough time to get to ExpressJet so October shouldn't not be a problem.
