I went to the companies wage calculator, how can they say this with a straight face, my increase as a 3 year FO would only be 770 according to the company proposed pay scale. last month I heard the companies proposal to medical insurance was a huge premium increase for the family plan, and they were also reducing what they would pay for their share of the family plan premium.

I can't wait to see what the company thinks "better scheduling rules" are.
