Most junior on the E175 is a May 2015 hire as mentioned, same for the CRJ. However, there are a lot of CRJ FOs who have a bid for the E175 and will transition over when their seat locks expire, slowing the transfers out of ORD. Also, you will get a line right away in MSP on the CRJ, where as you will be on reserve for awhile on the E175 in ORD. Something to consider.
