I'm curious, how is PDX as an FO base? can a new hire get it with in a short period of time?

Also, is it true if you're working on the UAL side of the business, you only get UAL travel benefits, and such? I just ASSumed that you work for "Skywest" and that it doesn't matter who you are "operating for" in terms of perks and benes..
