Anyways the podcast was optimistic as usual from bendo "we're right in the middle, we're doing well, rah rah rah". Sounds like he was actually at the negotiating table instead of a no show, but the tone in his voice sounded to me like he doesn't really think anything is imminent. It was almost an offhand thought. It'll be interesting to see what the NC email is going to be.
