I know how it works. We would have to hire over 150 pilots to go just to 5 and people on here are talking 6-7 a month. We are still over 50 away from 4 a month and the flows at 3 now are way too much for our training department to catch up to. We only have 1 sim in CLT and some sim time in yyz. And only 1 sim for the 145. And who knows where that program is at now.
