Via Air 121
Had a Skype interview last week, they have submitted all 121 manuals to the FAA and their 121 training program was approved so all classes for the ERJ-145 are 121 classes. They were pretty open about their plan, appears that their 121 transition is being supported by Caesars as they have a long term contract to operate the Caesars network that Republic used to fly.
They were also honest about schedules, they said that during the rapid growth schedules would be demanding but the additional incentive pay brings pay well above industry average. Bases are Atlantic City, Tunica and Laughlin with some home basing for other contracts.
